News is coming....
Aug 2007 -
Our company president/owner has joined the Biletnikoff Foundation
Board Members and will be helping out with their Annual Celebrity Crab
Feed in San Ramon, CA. The website has been developed and has
generated lots of leads for the foundation. Also, our company
will be heading into a new direction and focus on establishing
business relationships with BIG clients and not small ones. We
will help our existing customers but will shy away from getting small
business. We can be more of an consultant than IT support.
We can refer out also... More to come on this.
July 2007 -
Sears is now getting ready to roll out a IT support side and has
picked us to help with that. We are joining their Preferred
Provider Network and are going through the steps needed to join.
We will be covering the Sacramento County Area and Placer County.
More info will be coming in future articles.
June 2007 -
We are happy to announce that we are helping a foundation. We
have been assisting with tech support and web based support with Fred
and Angela Biletnikoff and will help them create their new website for
their 3rd Annual Celebrity Golf Tournament. We have started
www.bilentikoff.net and will
be assisting with other IT tech support functions if need be.
May 2007 -
COMPUSA is still going to have extended warranties service plans in
the Sacramento Area and will use our company to support those needs.
We have been contacted by them directly to assure them we can handle
the customer base. Our OnForce platform is also changing to
include more clients for tech support.
Apr 2007 -
COMPUSA is going out of business. This was our #1 client for
In-Home Service calls. We have rolled with the punches and still
move on. We are now starting a Mailer Campaign which will give
our existing customers 25% discount on service calls. We are in
talks with local Radio Shack Stores and Staples business center for
generating service calls.
Mar 2007 -
This month has been tough on our company since 60% of our generated
service calls coming from COMPUSA has dropped due to their Store
closures. We will have to realign our way of doing
business and relay more on "Word of Month" for getting our business
service calls. We will also be charging Trip fee to
outskirt areas due to the raising gas prices. We apologize in
advance for extra cost but in order to keep the business afloat we
must do this.
Feb 2007 -
Well it is time for Microsoft Vista to now be in effect with every new
PC that is bought starting this month. Our company has also
setup and helped
Williams Principal Group,
Williams Realty and Investments, and
All Source Funding with
their PC systems and website admin duties. We are planning to
expand our services to WebDesign again and will be changing our price
plans accommodate better service features.
Jan 2007 -
Starting a new year. We have survived another year. We are
getting ready for the Microsoft Release of VISTA. We have been
testing Vista Beta now for 2 months and have found a couple of driver
issues that needed to get fixed. We have recently upgraded
our new service van with signs. Watch out we are coming to a
home near you.... Our volume of service calls have dropped
recently due to changing economy and gas prices going up.....
